Purchase Terms Of Service in Our Server (YA Services)


1. Refunds

* No refunds will be given after the product has been delivered, even if you are not satisfied or the product did not meet your expectations.

* No refunds if our supplier scams us. This didn't happen a lot of times since we choose our suppliers very carefully but if that case happens we CAN'T provide a refund or a replace.


2. Warranty

* Most products do not include a warranty, unless clearly stated before purchase.

* There is no guarantee that the product will work long-term or won’t get banned, especially for third-party services (such as Discord, Microsoft, etc.) unless a warranty or specific duration was stated beforehand.

* When buying nitro you HAVE to clip the whole claiming process. If not and the link doesn't work we can't give a replace for it.

* For accounts with warranty – the warranty usually starts from the moment the account is posted, not from the moment of purchase. It is recommended to confirm this with us beforehand.

* In case of an issue, we’ll try to help, but there is no commitment to refund or replace (if no warranty was given).


3. Product Usage

* You are fully responsible for how you use the product.

* We are not responsible for any damage, bans, suspensions, or consequences caused by using the product.

* If you used it incorrectly or against instructions – the responsibility is fully yours.


4. Payment

* We will not send or begin processing the product before receiving full payment.

* Accepted payment methods: **Crypto (preferred, sometimes includes a discount), Bit, Gift Cards, KashCash, PayBox, Skrill. On our website we accept crypto only. For more payment methods (even more products) join our discord server!


5. Order Cancellation

* If the product was already sent or delivered – cancellation or refund is not possible.


6. Defective Products

* If the product is defective – you must report it within 24 hours of receiving it, with screenshots or other proof.

* We will review each case individually, and in some cases offer a replacement or fix – based on our discretion (or if warranty was stated before).


7. Pricing

* Every published price is valid only at the time it was posted.

* We are not obligated to keep the same price later on.


8. External Suppliers

* If the product is delivered via an external supplier – responsibility for quality and availability lies with the supplier.

* We are only intermediaries and cannot guarantee full responsibility in such cases (unless stated beforehand).


9. Banned Products

* We are not responsible for products that get banned by third-party platforms (such as Discord, Microsoft, Epic, etc.), unless stated otherwise beforehand.


10. Terms May Change

* We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

* It is your responsibility to stay updated on the current terms.


11. Customer Support

* For any questions or issues, you may contact us through the ticket system in our discrod server.
